I really enjoy the classics even more than the modern ones. Is it because I grew up with them? Maybe. Then again, every time my parents went somewhere to have a social drink, I was always on the lookout for (new) arcade machines. And oooh boy, did I ask my mother for quarters back then! Happy days! ;)
Small update... well, I've downloaded the Zaccaria Pinball through Steam, and I must say, it surprises me all levels. Though all tables are locked behind a timer/score, it sure plays and looks very good! My favorite camera setting is Nr.3. Nice overall view with subtle ball motion follow. Great reflections from the back-glass. It plays great with my PC Xbox 360 controller. Also, love the nudge! The way the table nudges is greatly put in to effect. I've now played maybe 40% of the tables on trial mode and what i've seen so far is really good. This was a real pinball manufacturer (didn't know that). All these tables bring a lot of memories back to life. I grew up during the 70's/80's (born in 1966) and saw and played lots of pinballs in that periode of time. Thanks to companies like these we can relive those moments once again in an practical true to life digital form. I'm really considering buying the gold or platinum pack. Thank you for introducing "Zaccaria Pinball". Grtz from Belgium.
... and so I went on and bought the "Platinum" version of Zaccaria Pinball. Also, there's a special deal at the moment... 27 retro tables pack for "$1"... yep, very cheap. I'm very please with this purchase. Great tables, graphics, physics and it's a nice change from all the others that I already have, like all the ones in TPA and PinFX3. Think i'm at +200 pinball tables now, so, no time to be bored. lol ;) ... I wish TPA and PinFX3 had a top playfield glasseffects like this one.
@ShadowAngel Yes, they sure are active! Tibor, one of the developers replied to my post about the Artwork Editor crashing on me. He stated, "will be fixed in next update", and also the Granada table... crash to desktop after first ball drains... "will be fixed in next update". Nice to see they are committed to the player-base.
