So happy to see her foot is healing up good, lot better then what I thought, I was thinking she was going to lose that whole foot, glad I was wrong. She has a good family that toke good care of her. Love them
Bessys foot does look great. No sign of infection, but you are right until she can dorsiflex that foot she will keep scraping it on the ground. She's clean as a whistle, and has Bolly looking out for her, in fact all of Bossys kids. Bossy Jr. and her sticks! :'(
*I was initially scared Bessie was hurt more severely again. Thank God she’s OK. Considering the wounds that she had she has healed well. Let’s hope that continues. Their resilience is miraculous as it is.*
@Arroz, I never said anything at the time Bossy, Jr disappeared nor when Bessy got injured but I’ve always wondered if Bolly had something to do with both girls. Both girls took her spot as future Matriarch & I’d wondered if she put them in harms way purposely. Maybe that’s the reason she’s fallen out of favor with Bossy as well? Just a thought. LOL Bessy still is very pretty.

Thank You very much Sister! LOL (Yes, I was the kid that questioned everything! Half of the Nuns thought I had a “calling” and the other half thought I was Bold & Brazen and needed discipline!)
This is just my own view of thing but I notice animals, even wild ones seem to pick up on what people are thinking. You were trying to show us Bessy's foot then she got up, moved in your direction then sat up so that you had a clear view of hr foot. One video you were trying to get a look at a newborn to let us know the gender. The mother glanced at you then lifted the babies leg and we could clearly see the gender (I forgot what it was). Just like Knotty DIDN'T want to be in the spotlight. He understood the camera was attention. I love watching animals, especially wild animals, when i can. As they seem to sense and (usually) enjoy the human attention, as long as they also know we aren't a threat.

Let’s see if I can get this straight. There’s the 2018 baby, then Bessy, Bossy Jr., ______?, Bolly? Is that correct Arroz? The question mark would be the one who save Bossy Jr at 4:36 in the inset video. Correct? I think she has a finger stuck under the swollen one, and sister was trying to get it out from under it. Great as always 💕
It's a bit sketchy prior to 2016. But Bolly probably was born in 2014 and that older daughter with partial sightedness was probably born a lot earlier.
Yikes! It looked like Bolly hit a nerve when she was picking at Bessy's foot. I'd like to think her nerves are healing and she'll regain at least some use of her leg and foot again.
Poor Bessy doesn't seem too distressed by the Lubby encounter. But troop laws are troop laws. And Lubby knows she's vulnerable for doing what she did, swiping at Bessy, especially for something someone else did to her.
I can't believe how she is checking out her wound and little sister isn't screaming in pain. You know if you look at it, it almost looks like it wasn't bite off but bent over. I thinking dragged off maybe?
Always had a soft spot for Bessy after Jr 😔 she looks great their healing never ceases to amaze me! What a beautiful flashback ☺️ Bossy is hurt from the loss n poor sis....
I hate too say this but if she is dragging that foot because she has no use of the leg it is going to cause terrible and possibly systemic problems in the future. A vet would tell you she would do much better if the leg were amputated.

Her Sister is trying to help and doing a great job. How did bessy get caught in the cross fire. I keep rewinding the video and I Dont see how it happened. Did someone bite those Toes off? It looks like they have been straight bitten off.
The incident really had nothing to do with Bessy's foot injury. It starts at about 0.20 seconds in. Bolly (a daughter of Bossy who makes great fun of kidnapping the babies of lower ranking moms then tormenting those same moms with their screaming babies) tried to kidnap Lubby's baby. Lubby twisted away and prevented the kidnapping. Then Lubby started making noises protesting the attempted kidnapping. Bolly then chased after Lubby to chastise her for protesting the actions of a high ranking troop member. Lubby ran and passed Bessy and took a swipe at the juvenile. Who really didn't seem distressed at all. Not even sure that Lubby connected with Bessy. But it didn't matter. Bossy is the Alpha and her family is the Alpha family. They can do what they want. Any member of a higher ranking family can do anything they want to a lower ranking troop member. There are really no exceptions. Also Lubby's family are drifters. They are not part of any troop. And therefore have no rank.Any troop member can go after them if they detect a slight. Gypsy, a low ranking member of Bossy's troop has been seen numerous times running Lubby's family off and away. I would guess that even a low ranking monkey likes finding someone who is downhill from them. The family is friendly and tolerated by the members of a couple of troops on the hill.
aww poor Boosy jr, just a tip, when you say "you'd do it" your speaking in past tense. So the correct phrase would be, "You will do it" , when you were referring to Bessy's dorsiflexion near the end of video., Don't worry Arroz You'd do it!. lol
