My Mum said in 1958 this boy will still be singing strong when he’s 80years old.I met him several times in the 60’s ,70’s,80’s 90’s & when I introduced them he called her Mum ,it made her dreams more than come true! Lovely memories ! Thanks Sir Cliff👱♀️💕💕💕XXX

You gotta admit this guy sang some fantastic music during his early years. He helped to revolutionise music in this country which is unquestionably without doubt. Britain has a musical icon who will be remembered long into the distant future regardless of individual prejudices.

wow ! I am 67 too ! I remember we use to play this song on the the record deck Saturday morning in the school youth club bring back some wonderful memories !
This is the type of music Cliff should have recorded more of it's much more meaningful than some of his silly melody little love songs..he would have been higher than the Beatles with songs of this calibre.
Hauntingly sad yet eventually overcoming that sadness and moving on in life. The music basically died in 1965 when social justice and psychedelic music took over the airways.
