rest in peace to the major of Staten Island; Charles "Mercury" Nelson of the Force MC/MD'S. He was a good brother that never went Hollywood on the hood; looked out for everyone a true friends friend. When he passed away that hurt Staten Island in more ways than one. Not only was the on the stage but he was a party promoter and an exec. Rest in Paradise to all of Staten Island fallen soldiers!
