Bryan Henry That’s is a sign that there is a conflict between what your brain knows to be true, and the lie you are telling. Now you have to delay your response and buy yourself sometime as you fight with your brain to gain control of your response.

@@avocado-senpaim.3575 You got some serious problen here friend, being quarrantine doesn't mean you just have to sit around and watch tv or surfing web all day. You can move around the house ,do some chore or help your parent take care of housework , buy some gym tool equipment , workout to relieve stress , or adopting a pet you like... And is your house doesn't have a backyard ? You can plan some tree or flower there. If you live in a small room apartment that fine too. Buy a small pot and try grow something you like. Or at the very least you could go to the park and get some fresh air. Last i check they not forbid you to go there (you only need to wear mask for your own protection) . Anyway try to keep yourself busy (there are many activities and group you can join on facebook , youtube... just choose 1 you like and keep improving it) , just try not to sit around all day and get depressed, it bad for you, i hope you get better and be more positive , after all life is short, try to enjoy it OK :)
@@walterjames9804 its not that easy pal. i've been this way before quarantine. quarantine just made it worse. moving around won't help the fact that well- family stuff i rlly dont talk bout. i only rlly use youtube, and tiktok. i only watch not create. im stuck in life. i don't have a way to contact my best friend so that's neat. i hate working out, my weight and asthma just amplify it. and we reaaaaally can't get a pet. times are hard man. growing shit? i would. but, i know i wouldn't be able ta' keep up with it. i just, know i cant. i don't go outside really unless it's ta' cry, or release anger. it's hard because masks are really helpful and i wear them everytime but doesnt mean i like them. so many things and bad things happen and i dont wanna reach out. so i dont. i cope with jokes, to deal with liiife and shit. i do have a wattpad account! i make stories to escape but that only does so much. life is short, that is true. but i know one thing for sure. MAN i got the short end of the stick huh? ah, it is what it is man! only so much i can hold up till my arms get tired. thanks for tryin' tho! you're a good person pal. never stop that.
