Really?! You see a difference? Wow, that sounds great, very interesting, I just saw this, I am going to try also then, I´m 44 years old. I do not have yet any "sagging", not much anyway, but I want to prevent it, even a little bit. I know that holding your tongue up in your palate (when mouth is closed) makes your double chin looks smaller or non existing, (a good tip when someone is taking a picture of you etc. ) but I never knew that those results can last, makes sense, since we have muscles in our faces, deep in our faces, that we don`t always are not even aware of. Wish me luck! : )
I've been following this routine for four weeks now. I didn't see any difference so I'm glad that I did a before photo because when I took a now photo you can see the difference. Is there a next stag to these exercises to take it up a notch? I'm mid-sixties and sagging. Thanks for your help 😊
I learned how to hold my tongue against the top of my mouth almost 40 years ago. And at age 75 I still don’t have hanging jowls or a loose neck. So I know this works. Will try the clicking of my tongue
Ok … I was dubious about this but I tried it, I do it several times a day whenever I’m scrolling on my phone with a free minute… and it works! Not only has my under chin disappeared but it feels tight. Over the moon with this.

I found you by chance and I am so happy I did! I turned 51 this year and I am on my way to losing weight, mostly for health issues I have. I am already down 15 pounds already. It was hard. The first I came across one of your videos was 2 weeks ago. It was an abdominal massage for lymph-drainage, and I saw immediate results. I am so grateful! Thank you! This is an excellent exercise for maintaining and regaining the swallow muscles! For those who have by some tragedy lost that ability it is mindful to build or rebuild! Thanks for posting these exercises.

@@paolaandreucci5578By 'scriptures', I think you mean captions? Hit your settings icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will see a list on the screen of different settings.. Look down the list until you see captions on/ off and then turn them OFF. Then you should be able to see the image completely without it being obscured by the captions that are usually wrong anyway. I'm older and searching for a new gentle way to exercise my body & mind. Thank you for the video. I tried tongue popping and I love it. I will do this technique every morning from now on. People say I look 40ish but I'm 59. Now I have a way to maintain my youthful appearance.

YES! JOYFUL is the word! At age 64 I'm so THRILLED TO PLAY with my tongue like I used to as a child! Brings back so many GOOD MEMORIES from childhood pretending I was horseriding!!!!! Wow, after doing these exercises my tongue actually feels tired haha I turned 55 this year and I'm just noticing small jowls starting. I always have my tongue on the roof of my mouth and I thought it was stress bcoz I do find myself clenching my teeth without realising I'm doing it.
