I'm a Japanese fan who likes Poppy music. She is very grateful for her interest in Japanese culture. She mentioned "Midori" in her favorite Japanese music in a magazine. I was very surprised to read it! Because it was the band I used to belong to! I was playing the keyboard in that band. I want to express my gratitude someday.

"I won’t fear what I don’t know" what a great and positive line in this song of Poppy's as it is so empowering and brave of her to say. This song has such a smooth flow to it that the name "Flux" makes perfect sense and the album overall is so personal that we know that Poppy is human after all and not the Robot persona anymore. I hope sometime in the future that is near I can see her and band live in concert as I just know she puts on a very good show. You gotta flux,flow with it!!!!!

Poppy interested me when she was doing metal-ish songs. After listening to them for a long time on repeat, I've decided to check all of her previous work and I loved everything. Now I'm counting days for the new album and I can't wait. At first I wasn’t really in to this song, but the more I listened to it the more it grew on me. Now it’s one of my favorites. The video is very poetic and the song is perfectly put together. poppy’s a queen at this music genre edit: so i guess i didn’t explain this clearly, my mistake well what i meant to say was, poppy started with pop music back a while ago when the whole titanic sinclair thing that was happening. poppy usually did pop music but, when the whole split of the sinclair controlling poppy thing was done, poppy started to get into alt rock/punk/hard rock whatever you call it music genre so what i meant to say is. poppy is really good at this genre of music that she is doing. so yeah

FINALLY someone else that knows enough about rock/metal to realize that this album isn't metal lol. This album is effectively her putting 20 different alt rock/punk rock subgenres that were popular in the 90s into a blender (and doing them well, I should clarify).

Her screams are distorted and amped up, even in live performances. Probably because she doesn’t have a proper technique yet and could damage her vocal chords. As much as I love how it sounds, it’s clear that she needs some help- which is very smart of her, lots of artist just try so hard to scream and then end up with their singing voice completely ruined.

More of a simpler sound than her work in 2020, but I think that’s the point here. I mean when you sing about how you just do stuff because the `mainstream´ forces you to, it’s the logical decision to represent this message in the sound as well. This might not be my favorite song of hers, but I‘m definitely hyped for the album!!!

Ya know as a whole from both an artist perspective, a musical perspective, and personal perspective I truely love the story of POPPY. Poppy and her music has went through so many evolutions and it not only shows she can do it all but it also shows how far she's come. I love that Poppy is now in her element and has no plans of turning back and she's stronger for it. Poppy Evolution 10/10!!
