Not easy to run run your own business … you have to do everything yourself… everything have to be in top notch … if one part of your business suffer your business will be drag down…. You the cook … you the accountant … you the marketing manager… customer service ….you have to handle all customer complains …you must be able to handle criticism… PR must be good …. Unless your food is really good and there’s no competition all the above is a must ….. your customer is your best advertising by word of mouth….
