I'm genuinely surprised that there are people out there who didn't like _Extraordinary Attorney Woo_ 💀The romance is secondary in the storyline. Even though I don't have to admit it, I actually had "screaming" moments at some of the cute romantic scenes. Beat me back then 🤷🏾‍♀️ Someone in the comments even said they didn't like _The Glory_ but that's their business 👀 Too gripping? Too gritty? Too *good* for you? 🙃

I agree with everything else except Extraordinary Attorney Woo. That was a very engaging drama, and the chemistry was solid. I found myself blushing 😊

Ok for a non Kdrama lover, King the Land was a great movie. For me ooo, there were a lot of real life lessons in that movie.

Coming from the nonsense Hollywood has been giving us lately, King The Land was my first Kdrama and gosh have I fallen in love!!! Its soooooo good, so healthy, puts you in your feels, you find yourself sneaking smiles at the couple, the friends, the Grandma, gosh!!!! If all Kdramas are like King The Land, I'm hooked!❤❤❤

First of all, let me defend Extraordinary Attorney Woo. It is not about romance. It is about how a girl with autism navigates life. It's an amazing Korean drama. It has one of the best storylines. I don't want to see anyone come for it ever!!!

Actually, one of the reasons I like King the Land was cause they didnt trash their goals just cause they started dating. The ML ended up making the hotel more employee centered and the FL went on to establish her own bed and breakfast to fulfill her concerige dream. Thats rare for a kdrama. But yeah, the story is a sweet and basic love story. Other than the fact that they didnt break up. I agree with see you in my 19th life, cause I couldnt even find it in me to root for them. Also, hotel de luna, the only hype that it met for me was IU's dressing

I think the problem with Korean dramas these days is the second leads have the best love stories and more chemistry than the main leads, I think there is pressure on the main leads to be perfect and the second leads just get to be themselves

I mostly agreed with you on most of it because i also get bored easily with so much to watch but i absolutely loved Extraordinary Attorney Woo. Its one of the few series i actually sat through and finished at once. I think maybe for me, i enjoyed it first as a look at how an autistic lawyer navigates her way through the legal profession. The romance was secondary to me but also sweet. I particularly enjoyed her interactions with her colleagues, father and friend. It was a breath of fresh air for me.

I’m a King the Land stan! It was my first K-drama so it has my loyalty forever plus it was so beautiful and healthy. Found myself giggling and rooting. Love love the friendship they built (the 6 siblings)😂 It’s a super cheesy romcom and it’s worth the watch!

FL: career focus ML: Hotel Legacy & Grandpa: abundant wealth 2) It was a comical relief for me😁 3) There was the absence of unnecessary romance drama (love triangle, parallelogram, all that nonsense) I await your review

Life is not all about romance ma’am. Extraordinary you was mainly about autism awareness, you don’t expect to see the normal usual romance you see in normal people… because she isn’t normal. ❤ I loved it. It’s a really touching movies that changed my perpective about people who are different.

King The Land has entered my list of comfort kdramas. It was so beautiful. The way the characters were written was so nice. They also focused on the growth and labour laws in the hotel. The chemistry between the leads was teww much. I felt like I was intruding on them sometimes 😂

Home Town ChaCha is extremely good drama. I found it very realistic with how the pacing and character development was done. Each character no matter how tiny had an important message to pass. It wasn't only about romance there were far more important lessons to take from the drama. It was worth every hype. I can't believe she said standards are low in relation to this drama. Makes no sense.

King the Land is a truly comfort series, beautiful chemistry but more especially alot of life lessons ❤

Also, hometown cha cha cha, the reason why i liked it was becuase of the dialogue. it was real. i loved the adlibs, the banter (reminded me of reality, mahn i loved it), the freshness of it. it was like a breath of fresh air kinda show. i don't like trauma angles at times, and this one i didn't really like it per se probably because of the elongated suspense, but i was glad when it was FINALLY sorted out. whew. kdramas and their suspense in revealing the whole trauma tho. msche. but i actually quite liked HCCC. i suggest you give it a try beyond the third episode, if you haven't yet

King the land is on my watchlist for after my exams because a few people have recommended it to me and I watched the first few minutes and i like it. Sometimes, the regular common storylines can be very interesting too.

Omo See You In My 19th Life I’m not gonna lie was a bit dry in the chemistry department lmao. What helped me actually finish the series was the plot. The storyline to me was quite interesting and it was just sad that they only had 12 episodes. King The Land is a comfort kdrama through and through. I feel like the average predictable storyline was exactly what they were going for and they hit it spot on. I knew this before watching it and that’s why I found it interesting. Besides, the chemistry of the two leads (Lee Junho and Im Yoona) was GIVINGGGGGG!!!

You should only watch King the Land if you are a sucker for top tier romance and tropes, the romance is literally the plot of the drama so if you don't like it then you probably don't like romcoms

From the start of the video and the genres that she likes you can already tell that she won't love heartwarming kdramas like hometown cha cha cha and ones that are slow paced. Personally for me I love kdramas that are homey and the love between the leads is realistic as compared to ones that will raise my BP which I don't have😂😂😂

My thing with See you in my 19th life is that they were forcing the love arch. So you are telling me that in all that many lives she lived, that one 10 year old boy she was with for a couple of months, was the one she felt the deepest connection with that she was so determined to come back to find him? They really expected us to believe that a 10 year old and a 12(I think she was 12 or so) were deeply in love with each other, that it lead to such deep depression on both their sides?? The drama would have been so much more enjoyable without their romance tbh. And I felt so uncomfortable with her almost forcing him to date her. She wasn't confident, she was annoying and made him extremely uncomfortable for the most part.

Oh no,not my king the land😢😅 I actually love how it's different from the regular Korean movies where the couples would separate and reunite in the last episode or they're troubled all through the episodes by the guy's relatives..The star casts had genuine love and were focused on their own personal development as well.

I think the reason Maraji feels "King the Land" story has been told a million times is because she saw just one episode😅😅 It's actually not so engaging but they had a good chemistry, all plots were properly developed (the hotel flourished, the beef with his sister too was handled, etc) and the usual Korean consequence of a chaebol-simpleton relationship didn't happen. It was just light-hearted and a decent watch. It's something you can see just to relax rather than be intrigued or excited. (Ps_ to those who haven't seen the movie and want to, I'm sorry for the spoilers😂. No vex) Buttt.. Maraji's content is everything abeggggg🙌🏾✨✨

King the land was meant to be cheesy, sweet, and heart warming as well and it met all the expectations. I also fell in love with the song I even had to go search for it and download the song “confess to you”❤ As for home town cha cha cha I actually cried and that’s like the second k drama I cried when that old granny died I really cried And aside from their romance it had funny moments that made me laugh it was definitely not a 10/10 but it was okay for me. I agree with you mostly. Even I couldn't finish the ones you mentioned...and yes I'm an avid k drama watcher who appreciates good quality media. Even if there's not much chemistry, if the storyline is stronger then u can watch it. Not to mention the chemistry is a cherry on top... provided the romance angle is not forced. I loved Crash course in Romance, Summer Strike, The Glory, The Good Bad mother, Vincenzo, Reply 1988, Beyond Evil, All of us are dead, Big Mouse/Mouth, SKY castle, Mr Queen, Laughter in Waikiki season One, Squid game, Nevertheless etc.
