Long live this honourabke and noble king. You have proven that there are or is still a king with brains, not like most of the Kings whio are surffering from infiriority complex. Am so oroud of the Oba, hiw i wish this is the ooni of Ife.. Is the land in osun or oyo state?
You are definitely setting a very good example for all other Yoruba Obas to emulate. I have suggested this many times but my suggestions have always fallen on deaf ears. All Yoruba kings must have interpreters working for them. It must be made absolutely illegal for kings to speak foreign languages. We are no more slaves but free men. I have had opportunity to work with Brazilians though they understand English very well but they will never speak English but Portuguese. I had no choice but to pick up some words just to be able to communicate with them.
I love this Kabiyesi...despite the fact that he can speak English, he protocols the language of his Egungun, Sacred Ancestors, as paramount...wow...that's a true king of yoruba Nation.
Could you see how Yoruba Culture and heritage is highly reach. Unfortunately we have allowed the foreign culture and religions to surpress our life. UK
