Two theories: 1) they start human cloning after losing all the people. 2) all the other people except the descendants of the few families obsessed with having kids die and those descendants have tons of kids as we've seen their are families which have 5-10 or in certain cases even 20 or more children so i think they're the ones going to carry European population after 22nd century.

Since Russia is so depending on the government power, they probably gonna struggle later on. Vladimir Putin will die one day or another and this will completely change the fate of Russia, it would probably be the same country but the laws would change a lot just like what happened after Stalin's death in 1953 (of course 1929 is just theorical, it might later... or sooner)

Too much of perfection too bad. During Covid more people from Europe & US died while people from. India, Pak, Afghanistan remained immune. Europeans are more vulnerable to new disease than Asian. I think the main reason europe and the us were hit severely were because of the large amount of elderly. it’s not even near comparable between (eg.) Norway and countries that has higher death rates. Asian countries will eventually end up in the same place as Europe, as new technology will prevent people from passing at an early age.
