Mine always wanted to make 2 small circles and 1 big circle. Found out, you just have to sort of pull on the smaller circles to try and make them bigger, this automatically makes the bigger circles smaller, until all 3 circles are the same size and will fit into the pouch. Hope that helps. FYI, they need to make these taller. I'm 6'4 and it sucks to have to bend over inside to try and change clothes. Also, some nice pouches inside at each corner would be wonderful so you could anchor the thing down with sand or rocks. Many times we have it set up on pavement and there's no way to anchor down easily.
After reading tons of methods and watching a couple of videos doing it the other way (that did not work on mine), this worked in 5 seconds. I've never left a comment before but I've finagled with this thing for months and it sat in the corner mocking me all fall until today I was determined to slay my foe (by folding it into the bag or cutting it into tiny pieces and into a trash bag). Thank you for helping me vanquish this horrible beast!
This is hard to fold up, but I knew there was a video on youtube and sure enough here I am. After watching this video it was very easy :) This is a very cool pod. Now we can change into dry clothes at the beach before we get back into our vehicle. I highly recommend this.
The popup pod did its job when the changing room had closed before we left the beach, but I had to drive home with it full-sized because the instructions made no sense, and I didn't have access to RU-vid. A few illustrations would help, but this explained it perfectly. Thank you.

That dude has the wing span of a majestic eagle. I can't grab both ends of that thing. Pro tip for those without the wingspan of a majestic eagle. Follow same instructions; use two people.
I've been trying to close mine for two days now. At the 30 second point of this video, my popup does NOT do this. the front pieces fall in. I do not get the loop. Please help, I'm about to just throw it in the trash!
I just received pop-up and it literally fights against the way you demonstrated on this video. Mine has a in the frame and it is not folding into itself. Whatever.
