I thought I recognized the metal cabinet. I am 75 grew up in Northern Indiana in the 50's and that cabinet was in my parents laundry room and later in another house basement laundry room their entire 50 year marriage. I love antiques and old furniture. But that one is a stretch for me, even with paint, lol. I absolutely adore every thing you do and your lives that you and your husband have created for yourselves. And your artwork always leaves me so amazed at your beautiful talent.

At 72, this reminds me of being a child in my grandmother's garden. The sights and sounds are transformative. I can only imagine having a cup of coffee , early in the morning, on that beautiful porch, contemplating my day. My favorite was that gorgeous old hutch filled with every kind of flower vessel. I love little pots and pitchers and colored glass bottles. I need to put in more seeds , so I can have something to cut! Amazing transfer work. I just bought my first book of transfers. I think you would love it , as its all animals. Its by IOD , and the name is Holly Glen. Its really magical. Can't wait to get started!!

You are so darn talented. The cupboards came out beautiful. You bouquets are so pretty. My favorite are the zinnia’s because those are my all time favorite flower. I’ve got my four sisters in love with them also. Each spring I buy them each a packet of zinnia seeds all the same so we can have the same in our gardens. They all live in Nebraska and I live in Mississippi so it unifies us. Thank you for sharing your porches with us. There’s nothing like a porch.

What a lovely tour, your home and life are pure art, living art, so much work must go into creating these exquisite living and working spaces, 'work to live live to work', I think that's the saying. I was so inspired by your last transfer video I bought some myself to use when I go back to Hungary. Both wardrobes look magnificent .

I just want to create a oil painting panel series as Vuillard did. His approach was flat shapes of color knitted like a tapestry. It is so sympathetic to your approach in design.

The music to this video is very nice.

Nothing more charming and practical than a green painted vintage wicker chair. Love how you divided your porch into functional attractive rooms. How many naps has one enjoyed on that wicker couch? The transfer designs on the cupboards bring the furniture to a whole new level. Wonder what they would look on stained wood. What a joy to watch this video.

I love how both cubbards have turned out! Beautiful job & enjoyed seeing the garden too! I love big porches & yours is so big & welcoming. Our front porch is teeny tiny --- I do have a railing so i can decorate it w/christmas or fall garland & american flag banners for the different seasons. I put small white hobby lobby birds on the side of steps going up & able to put one small decorative item in corner. BUT simply love the big front & or wrap around porches for so much space to decorate.

It’s always so good to see your videos come up! I’m sorry I haven’t commented for a while…. I moved from Lincoln Nebraska to Hot Springs, Arkansas! The weather is so much nicer down here and the growing season way longer… but it is extremely difficult to grow on rock which I had no idea that’s what I was going to find here…. So I have 3 1/2 raised gardens and quite a few pots now. But I’m still getting lots of ideas from you! Your decorating style ,your dishes, your teas, your cooking…. Love your porch point we hope to put a cover on one of ours eventually or some sort of top... and both cabinets are just gorgeous! Thank you so much for sharing !! Love it all ! 🎉❤

OMG! I battle my dogs in my garden more than the squirrels! They knock pots over. They get into the compost bin. They love to eat potting mix. My German Shepherd (he's young, 1 1/2 years) can easily jump the garden fences, then he pushes on the gates to let my Lab in too. They eat mainly tomatoes and squash leaves. My German Shepherd also likes to jump up onto my potting bench so he can see the neighbors down the hill! Good luck in your dog deterring efforts.

I love the cushions and pillows on the porch, I would have too many spiders and bugs if I did that. We have also found an entire pillow high in a tree used to make a squirrels nest.
