That’s a beautiful bacon crusted pork loin Jared! I like the idea of using it as meal prep. That being said, it would disappear in a couple of days. :) Awesome cook brother!
I haven't weaved a mat of bacon since I made a Bacon Explosion. Clearly it's time to make a mat for a pork loin! I try hard to find really good pork -- sometimes even splitting a locally raised animal with a friend -- so mine might come out a bit more expensive, but still well worth it.
Nice video and great looking result. I would appreciate being able to print out a recipe. It needs to include things like, was the meat taken from the fridge and wrapped and seasoned and put on the grill immediately, or did you let it warm up a bit? How long was your cook? What about carry-over cooking? Does that add 5 degrees? more? less?
