Today we smoke a 5 LBS Pork Shoulder. I'm trying out a new seasoning by Meat Church called Holy Voodoo. I also picked up some new BBQ sauce by Meat Mitch his Whomp sauce. We smoked it at 225 and finished it in a stem pan until we reached 200-204 internal temp. Thanks for watching and don't forget to hit that like button!!!!!
