蘑菇 Mushrooms-5粒

花椰菜 Broccoli
洋蔥 Onion-1/4個
紅蘿蔔 Carrot-20g
小番茄 Cherry tomatoes-10粒
雞高湯 Chicken stock-800cc
雞蛋 Egg-1顆

Preparation
Ingredients
(1) 5 mushrooms, cut into slices
(2) 2 shiitake, cut into slices (remove the stems)
(3) 5 cloves of garlic, cut into half
(4) 1 chili pepper, chop into small rings
(5) 1 pork loin, cut the tendons
(6) 20g of carrot, cut into thin slices
(7) 10 cherry tomatoes, cut into half
(8) 1/4 onion, cut into thin slices
Preparation
Sauce
(1) 1 tbsp of mirin
(2) 2 tbsp of soy sauce
(3) 1 tbsp of sugar
(4) 2 tbsp of whisky
Preparation
Pork Steak
(1) Season the pork steak with salt & pepper (both sides)
(2) Coat the pork steak with flour
Instruction
Vegetable Soup
(1) 1/2 tbsp of olive oil
(2) Put to medium heat
(3) Put in onion, stir-fry a bit
(4) Add carrot, stir-fry a bit
(5) 600cc of chicken broth
(6) Cherry tomatoes
(7) Cook until softens
(8) Salt & pepper
(9) Gently beat one egg
(10) Drizzle the egg liquid in the soup
Instructions
Side dish
(1) 1/2 tsp of olive oil
(2) Chili pepper
(3) Put to medium heat
(4) Add mushroom & shiitake and fry until golden brown
(5) Season with salt & pepper
Instructions
Pork Steak
(1) tsp of oil
(2) Add Garlic
(3) Put to medium heat
(4) Fry until aromatic
(5) Move the garlic to the side of frying pan
(6) Add pork steak
(7) Fry until golden brown
(8) Drizzle some whisky
(9) Take out the pork steak and garlic first
(10) Add combined sauce
(11) Add 1 tbsp of butter, cook until it thickens
Final Presentation
(1) Place a skillet on the stove
(2) Add blanched broccoli
(3) Add pan-fried mushrooms
(4) Add pork steak and garlic
(5) Drizzle the combined sauce on top of the pork steak
