Porno is up there among my favorite bands of all time! And that covers everything from the Beatles to now. To me this is an All-Star Janes. This has been part of my life's soundtrack since '93. They were totally able to capture what to me is the bohemian sounds and vibes of Venice Beach during the 70's-90's where and when I grew up. It's almost like I already knew the sounds before this was even a band. Must be telepathy. Great show! Everyone was at the top of their game. Peter, Perry, Mike, and Steve are all masters of what they do...I had to wait 30 years, but it was worth it! Like going back into a time warp. Hopefully this not a farewell tour...they still got game!
What a great fucking band, had the pleasure of seeing them in Detroit, they sounded just as good as they sounded 20 plus years ago. They haven't lost a step, I hope they put out another album and do another tour, when you still got it you still got it.
Seen them at Varsity Arena in Toronto in 96 with Stabbing Westward, I Mother Earth. Fun Loving Criminals were a surprise to start the night as they weren’t even on the bill. Great night and the pit was fantastic!

This music was such a huge part of my life in the late nineties specially 95 through 98 , certainly a part of the landscape of my life in more ways than one. Cause music was in such a flux in the late nineties( just a lot of bullshit )music & a lot of the great bands had disbanded from the late 80s and early 90s a lot of the good music was just nowhere to be found but these guys really brought it and brought real taste in music that was lacking in those days. The scene was stale in the late nineties to put it mildly.
