Not to mention the obvious it's weaker than traditional concrete so it can only be used in parking lots or low stress areas, also can not be used on a slope because it will drain to the bottom and build up

Good for tropical countries. In cold climates the water below the surface will freeze and expand and weaken the layers by day until it cracks
