A review on my Porsche 914 sandrail after the addition of the msd ignition and oil cooler kit. If you want the link for the msd system post a comment thanks.
I'm shocked by the number of d-bags commenting with negativity. This is the cleanest looking rail I've seen. Mine will probably never look this nice. Well done.
I like watching these kind of videos. I have a couple Baja bugs, im hoping to buy an older sand rail next week if it’s still available by then. Yours looks nice.
Nice build, I had a custom 68 vw "truck" with the same engine/trans.It was the most dependable of all the bugs I had.Something you might try,I recommend using a t shifter with the thumb button for reverse along with the short throw shift plate.Works really nice and you don't have to fumble around getting into reverse.Sounds like it just needs the carb adjusted, sounds a little lean, that should get rid of the stumble/hesitation on takeoff.Good looking build thanks for sharing.Jealous of you guys that get to play in the sand,no way I'd run that through the mud and muck we have here.Like to see a video of it running in the wild
I payed 400 for mine and put it together with spare parts. Looks great. Just gotta have knowledge on how to do things right and it’s not too pricey to build things to look good on your own.
Did build it from the frame up just because you dont have the vocabulary at the time doesnt mean someone else built it and I assume you're talking about the steering dampener which is fine but maybe some people get a little camera shy lol this was for a school project back then😅
+kayakslayer yeah it turns out the carb had broken accelerator which feeds the fuel into the carb so thats why it was making that poppig noise due to the over amount of fuel being dumped in.
@@aribadanchi alright il look this part number up. I ordered these empi shocks but only fit in the back. The top bolt for the front mount was to big for the eyelet. Thanks
Social media is a bitch** bro keep at it you're doing alright you'll get better you guys can go make fun of my stuff at Fred cocksamich I like the criticism
why 2 different back tires??? pretty pitiful presentation dude. motor sounds like it has a dead miss. hell my 1835 would blow that shit away. surprised you didn't put a tp exhaust on it!!! bahahahahaha
@@robertquigley6753 I'm sorry cant quite understand you over all the nonsense you're spewing out on your keyboard, but I'm running BF Goodrich All terrains now as the wheels in the video were just rollers since paddles dont work quite well on the street😊
