Complete review of multiple versions of the same model done by diff diecast manufacturers. Enjoyed it! Did not know some of them, so thanks for sharing. I miss a Siku version in my humble collection, that blue seems to me more atttactive than the most common silver one.
regarding the HW mainline casting , it first came out in a special series called Scorchers and they had some kind of mechanism inside that made it move by itself (not pullback ) so it didnt have an interior but when that casting was introduced to mainline HW didnt bother to add interior and clear window
I'm sure a current premium 64 maker will do the 928 because Porsche and German cars are popular among current collectors, more than the other euro cars brands
I'll be honest, it took a while for those 928's to grow on me. But growing up my neighbors knew a dude who had one in silver, and he would drive it to their house. That was at least a pretty cool moment. As for that old school Hot Wheels version, I think they did cheap out in that classic Hot Wheels fashion. No interior, just threw in black windows and called it a day. Sweet Bizzarrini! I'm still waiting for mine to show up cause I pre-ordered mine.
