I would prefer that as well, but since I didn’t design or build them…. Regardless, they are a huge improvement.

@@b2chaseman people smoke taillights all the time ... I'm pretty sure that can be done partially on the headlights as well.

Because the old are ugly and out of style.. just like saying keep the old factory radio in when the new radios have Bluetooth and apps.

Radio?? Apples and oranges. Tasteless chinese headlights look cheap and tacky compared to the classic pristine original ones. You want a more modern look, buy a modern car.

I invested in Litronics. But since 2024 you can legally update the old H7 with PORSCHE H7-LEDs, which have ALMOST a Litronic like lumen output. Never was a fan of aftermarket headlights. BUT those tail lights AND ONLY THOSE AFTERMARKET ONES are fantastic, way better than the old amber stock ones. It is either those LED or the silver/red OEMs, nothing else...imo.
