I delayed putting these in for so long but it turns out it's so easy to do. It sorta takes longer ordering and opening the box. Just snap off the old one and install the new one in.

Yeah, these things will vary in price. If you do not have Amazon where they have lots of options then it might just cost more.

I was pretty reluctant to put them in there but I had a handful on me so I ended up doing it very carefully to not forget them in there. =D Perhaps it can apply to any thing that requires a strut. Pop it out and pop it in, easy.

Good video! Look at an aftermarket exhaust. I found one on Amazon for $300 that sounds great and install was easy.

Love this car. One of my future goals right there!!🏁 Beautiful! How's the car running after all these years?! I find as long as you keep up with due & preventative maintenance they will last over 300,000 miles, & not having a car payment pays for itself year after year.

It's still running OK. There's a slight resonance in drive on any gear when it slows down to 3krpm. Not sure what it is but probably some gears worn so I just avoid that rpm, lol. It's at 155k ish right now. =D It really does pay for itself. I think the car is cheaper than owning a new Civic. =D

Oh this is for the rear trunk. I felt some deja vu when I saw this and even after I forwarded the video a bit. Then I went back and found the other video, which was for the front hood. It seems to be almost the same as the front hood strut repair, so I don't really see the value of making this video at all.

It is pretty much the same. BUT when you want to fix the front door, do you follow how to fix the back door or do you use a video that shows EXACTLY what you need?

BeatTheBush well when my front door and back door are pretty much identical and have the exact same problem that requires the exact same parts then yeah I would probably make do with the front door tutorial
