I produced a video going through how we inspect a Porsche before purchase a number of years ago with a 911 Turbo, this is an updated version, specific to the 997 gen 2 Carrera 911s, but the tips can be applied to any Porsche, newer or older, including the Boxster and Cayman.

Just come across your channel, I don’t own a Porsche…(YET) but I religiously watch FGP, RPM Technik & 9werks channels and yours is also up there, just subscribed 👍🏻 I’ll be sure to see what you have in stock when I’m ready to buy, keep changing my mind but 997.2 C4S 991.1 CS and Cayman 981 S are on my radar. @@MRSPORTSCARSPORSCHE A lot of scratches, and the driver door doesn’t shut cuz the window have problems you have to try twice, 1st gear to second is slow, wheels color is bad, logos also

Thanks Basheer, yes roughly £1,200 to £1,400. It all depends on the part price from Porsche Germany as it fluctuates due to currency exchange and parts availability. Thanks, Raj

You didn’t mention checking the expiry date on the tyre sealant.

Thanks Rayjams for highlighting, this is deliberate, I don't recommend its use, which is why I don't check it. It creates more issues at the tyre fitters when used. Always get recovery. Thanks, Raj
