Wow very cool, I hoping to do something similar soon. I shall be using 4 resonators/exhaust (any brand may be ok), and if the welding shop can't do pipe bending then I grab the whole pipe kit (elbows pipes, u pipes, straights) that Amazon or Ebay have. A friend did it at a very low cost and it works cool. We are in Calif so will keep the original catalytic ones on
Do you think the super cups muffler is good for a weekend car? (I can see how people are not able to daily it) And, is still crazy loud even when not mashing on it? I think I usually drive it 4-5k rpms
I drive it every day and I love it. they are not that bad if you drive normal and in my neighborhood I gear up so its not to loud. they get louder the more on the gas you are.
I have a set of Fabspeed Maxflo that I need to swap out and make a video to hear the difference in sound. The inside of both the Maxflo and the Supercup are the same the only difference is the casing around the Maxflo is much bigger to quiet the sound. I would think as far as performance they are probably the same based on the internal design. The supercup are very loud but I don’t mind, but passengers in my car usually start to get annoyed with it after about 20 min.
