Port Aransas 4 weeks after Hurricane Harvey hit. 

This is video as I drove through Port Aransas, Texas on September 22, 2017. This was exactly 4 weeks after the storm tore through coastal Texas as a Category 4 storm giving only 36 hours notice of a major hurricane!
