Hey Guys! I've been living full time in my F150 with a Leer topper for over two years now. Heat or cold. Rain or shine. Please check out the channel and I'll take you on some unique adventures throughout South Texas and it's surrounding areas.
Set up camp at Port Aransas Beach in beautiful South Texas to enjoy a day of people watching in the sunshine. I'm going to try to cover as many rules and let you know whatever you need to know when you make a trip to Port Aransas Beach

thank you for the tour, great info! this destination is now on our list! (i find the "flags" to be a bit "interesting" as well. though i could live without seeing certain flags in such a beautiful, peaceful place, such as this beach)

Great information Dennis!!! And that was me that asked you about the permit for the golf cart 😬 I looked up the info on the City of Port A and it says the golf cart needs to be registered and issued plates for $50/a yr for current residents and $100 a yr for non-resident in addition to having the Beach Parking permit for $12.

Went to bed early for a change as did feel all to great. Watching this in the a.m. and am loving seeing the beach. When going to the beach we took a blanket as Mother was frugal and took cooked hot dogs, carrot and celery sticks. But we always had a great time. My Dad taught me how to swim in the Gulf and about the rip currents as he learned about that in the Army. Gee looks like you had a great time. $12. a year isn't a bad deal. I do agree there needs to be a place for people that like quite areas. Thanks and have a great day. Now to watch your morning video.

During the week is the best time. Easy in the restaurants, no crowds on the beach, etc! Just have to travel though the SPID zoo!

$12 yearly parking permit is required. You can camp on the beach for two days at a time

Great info! Are there dump station and fresh water nearby? Generator rules?

I would definitely check with the city of ARANSAS website. As far as I know there are no generator rules. There is a dump station at the city RV park. Not sure if you have to rent a site or not to use it. I've never owned any type of RV.

The Beach Lodge is still standing after Harvey?! Wow! What about Kody's a little farther down the beach? I spent pretty much all the 70's and the first couple a years of the 80's living in Aransas Pass. Port A was our favorite party town. Spent many a day on the beach skipping school. The stories I could tell, but since most of them involve alcohol or illegal activities of one form or another I'll just keep my mouth shut. Just remember, no really good story starts out "I was just sitting there minding my own business at the salad bar....

It appears you put the beach pass on the wrong side of the windshield. I remember the instructions said it should be placed on the passengerside just above the eiper blade.

Heck. I would hate to get that huge camper. Stuck in the sand. Everytime I am at the beach. Kids get their small cars. Stuck in sand...with the surf coming in. I would look as that surf. All day.

It will be absolutely packed if the weathers nice. You can see from this video that it's a weekday. No holiday. Pretty much jammed already.

I have an 11 minute video posting for tomorrow morning and it was loading for over two hours I'm still not done when I got to Walmart. I was able to load both videos in about 20 minutes from Walmart. I need to have videos lined up whenever I go to places like that or just post one or two minute videos while I'm at the beach.

We got stung by jellyfishes there and couldn't enjoy the waves fully, i saw someone got injured because of pieces of glass on seashore, my comment may help someone, take first add and any suitable cream from pharmacy if kids get stung...

Have you tried using the anti-jellyfish sunscreens? Several people mentioned they were very effective.

@@dennis78382 thanks for recommendations I'll get some. On the other hand I'm not sure if it's fine to toddler's skin or not. We just had burning gel and vinegar for , kids in the family that helped there.
