I don't know what u expect bananas to taste like but those are organic and natural bananas. Grown and cooked without any fertilizers or chemicals. The one you ate is a boiled green banana. And about the green coconut, when we're not using knife, we use sharp sticks or arrow heads to take of the coconut skin and make hole to drink.
