The beginning of the Shelter tour was one of the best intros to a set I have ever heard. Coupling that with the remake that Porter and Hugo made for the tour is something magical that I'm happy someone made a remake for. It's not perfect but it'll suffice. I hope you all enjoy! :)

+There is no one better, We are number one. Yeah I didn't want to spend much more than that. People said it was much better than beats studios which are 300 bucks and reviews are amazing on them so I went with the m50xs

AzNightmare the entire song is Madeon's singing... So saying it's more of a Porter song is a severe understatement.

That, the vocal mixing as well as general sound of the song sounds a lot more like Madeon's style. Porter tends to have slower songs with much less sounds in them. I've always found Porter's songs to lack in bass. Lionhearted is probably the most similar in style to this song by Porter, but this song blends with all of Madeon's songs (nearly). The drums and bass are identical in sound to Madeon's songs. As a few examples; You're On, Shuriken and Pay No Mind (Actually just about all of his songs). Pretty sure it's his voice, and when its' not his voice its pretty similar vocal mixing to You're On and Cut The Kid as a couple of examples. I don't doubt that Porter had something to do with the song, but it always annoys me when people either forget Madeon worked on this song, or believe that Porter did more.

Porter Robinson & Madeon never fail to deliver quality songs. I don't know what it is about Shelter that makes it so wonderful and joyous, perhaps it's the addicting "what the fo" lyric that always gets me, or it's the relaxed sound combined with the lyrical slicing that makes a great balance. Who knows?

The melody in the intro especially at 1:09 is taken a bit from Madeon - Technicolor, and later on they introduce the Shelter melody as well. Porter Robinson and Madeon really are geniuses.
