12 lb Conger landed here this week.In the past ive seen a double figure Huss and even schoolie bass. Fishing dawn or dusk can take good pollack

Another two good sized congers caught here in the last week . At night ,calm conditions low tide.

All this area is good for Pollock, but not in these conditions, only when the sea is calm and clear. Worth me mentioning that only the first bay where the lane leads to is called Porthysgaden. The next bay where the old huts are is called Porth Cychod.

Hey all, what can be caught here from may through to July? Is it a good spot for mackerel and pollack? Thanks in advance!

Bull Huss , pollack, coal fish (possibility in winter) dogfish, wrasse and conger have been caught here - also bass to the west of the little stream - realistically the bull Huss would be a good target during those months

@@SaltwaterAngler thanks for the great vid and your reply! I'm hopefully going to get a few sessions in there over the summer. Going to try out my new LRF setup with some soft lures, try the dexter wedge and a few others. Maybe a bit of feathers and float fishing too!
