Lower your starchy carbs and increase your lean proteins per meal , if you have difficulty eating meat try beans or lentils . I like to have some chicken veggies and rice and beans . Also they have low carb high protein pastas that are great substitutes for regular pasta .

How do you measure avocados? I get avocados and they have a bar code. But MyFitnessPal can’t read it because the bar code is too small. Also they don’t fit in measuring cups before you peel them. I have anxiety about food so I REALLY want to know how to measure avocados. Please let me know. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 PLEASE. I’m BEGGING for someone to tall me how to measure an avocado without a food scale.

@@16BitDungeon That’s not true the only thing vegans or people that eat a plant based diet lack is B12 which is produced by bacteria in the soil and people that eat meat get it as a by product from animals eating grass . etc...

@@16BitDungeon sorry I’m not with you plants grow in soil you don’t eat the soil directly. If you don’t agree with me that’s fine however if you want to be sure that all you are saying is correct listen or read what Dr Greger ( for example) has to say he has a whole team that looks at the science behind the facts and keeps up to date with all the latest findings . You might be that intrigued by it all and rethink eating meat and dairy if not for the animals and planet but for your health.
