Had the pleasure to stay there with my daughter for a daddy/daughter bonding trip to universal and we def loved it all. The restaurant and staff were amazing.
We stayed one night last week for my brothers birthday. The gave us a complimentary upgrade to a villa room. The other hotels have friendly staff, but Portofino was just pleasantly extra. I really hope in the future to be able to afford more then one night.
You are living the dream, Krystal! 😍 We are hoping to eventually secure a stay at each of the Universal hotels, as well - but we’re a bit further behind, at present haha. Portofino Bay is absolutely beautiful, and so well-themed! Room 1234 is the perfect room number, is it not? Glad to see so many dining options on campus, and the main pool looked like one of the best and most picturesque that Universal owns. I can’t say that I’ve ever played a round of Bocce Ball, but I can always get behind a spa day 😁 Sapphire Falls is still (and will probably always be) our go-to at Universal, but we’re excited to stay at Portofino someday! Portofino is on my list to stay at, what a huge resort! The theming is super great, and the room looks amazing, especially that view! We almost stayed at Portofino but decided on Royal Pacific last minute for HHN. It looks so beautiful. That room view is absolutely stunning. I love all the dining options they offer at Portofino, Ive heard great things about the italian restaurant. They really thought of everything when they built this resort. We love Sapphire (but wish they had express) and Hard Rock the best. IDK though after seeing this tour it looks amazing - the only thing I would wish for the room at Portofino is a split bathroom! 😊
I just subscribed to your channel - I was not familiar with it. I stayed at the 3 deluxe Universal resorts and Portofino Bay was my favorite - it's worth the extra walk to the parks. Bice was awesome too. Today is Sept 19 - Happy International Talk Like A Pirate Day!!!
