Last night's result made the point at Blackpool so big in my opinion and if we can get a point at Peterborough, that would be huge but I want all three to be honest. Can't wait for Saturday. Play Up Pompey.

Thought Saydee had a fine game, his first touch is immaculate and even with 2 on him he retains the ball more often than not. You can see the panic he caused the defence when he was in possession

Marlon Pack was outstanding. His ball distribution was immense. I hate it when the Pompey players start "showboating" when they are a couple ahead, instead if killing off the opposition. Last night was a typical performance. players trying almost ridiculous passes to show their dominance. Well..last night we nearly came a cropper, and I dont think on the balance of that last 10 minutes that anyone could have said that Burton didnt deserve something from that time period. I dont like the words "headless chickens" but boy did Pompey panic....when if they had stuck to the task of trying to put the game out of reach that !wobble" at the end wouldnt have happened. No game is ever over until the ref blows for full time. Lets hope that we dont do anything as silly in the next EIGHT games.!! The Promised Land is only720 minutes away lads. Keep your shape....and stop fannying around until promotion is secured....then you can showboat all you like....at Lincoln.!!!

Hey there tom. A fantastic dominant display again under the Fratton Park lights last night. I thought marlon had a good game again but Yengi, OMG. The confidence he had to dink a cheeky penalty into the net like that. Wow. How he redeemed himself with that one after his blinding miss a few moments earlier. He could have had a hat trick last night. I do wish we could stop conceding the late goals though. Was feeling somewhat nervous when they scored with at least about 8 minutes plus that 5 minutes of stoppage time to go. I think we have to put more of our chances away because at 3 or 4 nil up their goal makes those last few minutes much less nervy. But that noise was phenomenal yet again and just like we did against Oxford I think that wall of noise got our lads over the line in the end. It really does spur them on when they hear that amazing atmosphere backing them. Really leaves the hairs on your neck standing. Just 8 potential cup finals to go and I feel it's now a case of when and not if we go up this season. Surely we can't throw it away now. Can we dare to dream? COYB 🔵 ⚪ 🔵

A nervy night but we got through it , Burton hitting the bar early on but we settled down to play some really good attacking football . Yengi certainly has confidence and the nerves were back for the last ten minutes . It's looking good , big games coming up but we are in a great position .
