Thank you so much for this information. Please for tourist immigrant who came 2023 and applied through manifestation of interest when they arrived, will this new law affect them too?

You are welcome, yes they did say already submitted applications may be affected. So just check with them to see if yours was affected or not.

Thank you very much for this information. I need to know the family reunification new law process. Secondly I applied in MAY and was rejected after 1 month and asked to appeal and I need some points to be able to get a positive response. Or can I include that my husband is there hence reason to be there asap I need guideline please.

You welcome. If your husband is there, yes you appeal and they may consider and your husband can show proof of finances to take care of you if he has residency.

For work visa in Portugal, you must have a job offer from Portugal while in your home country. Otherwise you will not be allowed to work here.
