Catarina Teixeira fez a faculdade em Produção Alimentar e Restauração na Escola de hotelaria do Estoril. Dali viajou até Madrid onde estudou a gastronomia francesa durante nove meses. Trabalhou em alguns restaurantes, alguns com estrelas Michelin mas sabia que não era isso que queria. Depois do estágio viajou até ao Perú, Andes, Londres e depois decidiu ir até à Índia onde ficou. Casa Café tem agora 3 anos de vida. Um ambiente acolhedor, familiar onde Catarina se sente verdadeiramente em casa.

Catarina Teixeira studied Food Production and Catering at the Estoril School of Hospitality. From there, she traveled to Madrid, where she studied French gastronomy for nine months. She worked in some restaurants, some with Michelin stars, but she knew that wasn't what she wanted. After the internship, she traveled to Peru, the Andes, and London and then decided to go to India, where she stayed. Casa Café is now three years old. It is a cozy, family-friendly environment where Catarina truly feels at home.
