if you put the hand up and keep your fingers tight then come down slowly let your body follow, foot and all, until your in to position. keep your palm parallel to the floor and extend this arm forward as much as it will let you. keep your eyes fixed to a point in distance extending just above your palm and dont blink, this is the pose of willpower not blinking is works
