Season 2 of Pose flashes forward in time to 1990. On the heels of the ballroom community establishing itself in pop culture and going mainstream, the House of Evangelista is forced to reevaluate their goals. Meanwhile, the AIDS crisis worsens and the reaction from a group of activists reaches a fever pitch. Pose features the largest cast of transgender actors in series regular roles.

Thank you for sharing these stories. Like most ppl, I was very ignorant to the Community and had no idea of the personal and daily battles that STILL continue. This show has provided so much understand and love I have for ppl who choose to live their lives the way THEY see fit to live them. Thank you for this beautiful body of work. The cast and writing are amazing and I’m so touched and impacted by this show. Keep up the amazing work! 😘💕

This show is inspirational not just for the trans or LBGT community but for any sector of individuals that have been cast out by their blood family or society at large for any reason. Family ain't just who you born to, it's who you love and who loves ya back!

Realest comment that I can relate too. This show hits everyone the same no matter our lifestyle or sexuality. We all cry the same on the tear jerking scenes. We all laugh the same on the crazy scenes. We're all the same....HUMAN. I'm tired of the categorizing of where you have to fit into. Why can't we enjoy life and simply be human?

Glad you enjoy the show ! Please be aware that none of us LGBTQIX people chose to be this way ! Its not a lifestyle, its who we are ! Ballroom is a way to escape the b.s. of everyday life and find togetherness and love amongst those just like us ☺☺🏳️‍🌈 !

They have to be open for casting, though they might take you on as an extra. Look up open casting calls for the show.
