Thanks for being so transparent about what its really like. Reselling is difficult but rewarding. I left the corporate world in 2017 after completing my MBA and decade in Research and Development. My hobby of selling video games started to pay my mortgage and I haven't looked back since! Best of luck to you and your business during this crazy economic time. Resellers will always make it through any disruption as long as they keep pounding away on the basics!

Thank you 😊😍 I love it too!! At some point, I will do a video going into all the different google sheets I use for my business. But yes, during processing we check for flaws, research style name, write down size, retail price, etc. Because now that Matt is involved (and hopefully more employees when the pandemic ends), there will be different people photographing, listing, etc so this a place to get everyone on the same page

Good idea on the phone in another room at night. Being a reseller can get way too consuming 24/7 if you let it. I tried getting one of your mystery boxes last night. Kept refreshing just in at the time and they didn't even show up for sale until they were sold on my end. That was disappointing :(

Would it be weird if I ask around how much you pay for your office? I live in Cali and all the offices/warehouses are ultra expensive. Thinking of getting one just want to know around what a good price range is, since the ones near me are around 2k-3k per month lol plus the cost of insurance for the space. And thats only for a small one , kind of like yours. Cali is so dang expensive 😭

Not weird at all! But I have chosen not to share that info. I will say that it’s not cheap! Especially compared to Kansas (where I lived before). But at some point it just becomes hard to scale without it or at least a storage unit!

Hi Mogi. I've been digging your videos and your journey. You look like you eat pretty healthy but be careful of the hydrolyzed soy protein (MSG) in the Furikake. It's an excitotoxin and not good for the body.

Hi there! No they do not. The ziploc is just for storage and our inventory system. We then package the item before shipping it out!

Love this! Watching this video as I drive to my retail job. Been working retail for over 12 years and really just want to work for myself I think I’ve gained a lot of experience ( still have a lot to learn, life is a big school) however, being part of the whole process from sourcing, listing , photographing, and personalizing each item that goes out to clients is very satisfying to me.
