I’m a mama that is working on overcoming my struggle with postpartum. I’ve decided that I will shower every night and play this video while taking care of my basic needs ❤. Thank you.
As an American black woman, I have created a way of life that aligns with my healing and growth as a black woman. I celebrate other black women too and strive to maintain a positive sisterhood. Thank you for these positive affs and this community.
This will be included in my morning and night routine. I will be studying for my master's degree in social work in August 23 and this will be very helpful thanks for sharing ☺️❤.

I love this affirmation! It helps me to believe in myself again. It’s helping me to overcome a lot of struggles that I’m coming through. I’m a single Mom to 4 children and I work full time so I barely have any time for myself. This affirmation gives me so much hope! ❤
These affirmations have definitely been tested this past week. LOL. people been working my last nerve. Especially not stressing over things i cant control. Like other clients, and co-workers behaviors.
Is the fact that you are angry at the descriptions of people's differences a positive thing when it reveals your subconscious or conscious prejudices? And if somehow it bothers you, take it up with the people that made race and gender such a big deal that racism and sexism still exists. There are many videos that are either for everyone or specific demographics(ie women, men, people struggling with various mental illnesses etc) but you chose to stay here and complain about this one which is aimed for Black women , given the Anti-Black racism that negatively impacts their physical and mental health. And you still could have been respectful and still liked this while acknowledging that this was targeted specifically for Black women but you didn't. Because you feel entitled to whatever Black women do to uplift themselves or anything good that is associated with them or any positive attention that they get that you had to somehow involve yourself in something that did not concern you with that "enhance the wellbeing of all" excuse. But get used to it. Not everything has to include everyone when it comes to spaces, content etc that isn't something that should be acceptable to all as a part of human rights and Black women have a right to create content that focuses on us alone.
