POSITIVT: Diana - part 1: My journey with hiv 

In this episode of the podcast POSITIVT: Linda meets with Diana, 35, originally from Peru and now living in Malmö.
In part 1 we touch upon the time before the diagnosis. The lack of energy and the endless occasions of falling asleep which prompts a hospital visit which in turn finally will lead up to getting the diagnosis. The talk also covers resilience and how to find strength when facing fundamental changes and a new normal. In addition we learn about talking about ones status with family, living proud and free with hiv and ways of caring for oneself.
In part two, with the theme migration & mobility, living with hiv, we get tips and advice on how to live well (and thrive!) in a new country, despite living with hiv. Part 2 will be published ahead of World Aids Day 2020. Stay tuned!
