Found the pie I’m going to make for Christmas, to go with the cauliflower casserole! Looks so yummy. Also, I’ve eaten real possum before, when I was a very young child. My grandmother baked it. I remember that we grandkids only tried it because my grandfather ate it, and we were all crazy about him. I did not like it, though. LOL. I’ve also had rabbit and squirrel dumplings. Those aren’t too bad.
I know what you mean. My brother use to make turtle soup, but I did not try it. That Possum Pie is so tasty, but no possum in it lol. It reminds me of heavenly delight dessert. Have a blessed week
