After childbirth, I noticed my hairfall but I remained calm. I took action to remedy it. I opted for a wellness-focused approach. I prioritized my diet, having nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Folic Acid and Protein. I worked out regularly and engaged in yoga for stress management. I avoided styles that pull on my hair and stopped using heated hair tools to prevent hair damage. I also started applying LittleExttra's Coconion shampoo, hair oil along with a neem wood comb. The outcome was hair fall control and the recovery of my confidence.

One more thing dear. Agar baby kafi weak ho tu aisa diet mai kiya lena acha hai jo baby k weight gain karne mai help kare. My 35 week start know but my belly is like a 25 weeks
Ap ne agar sb ultrasound kraya ha or usme sb thek ha to it means all ok isy biophysical profile khty hn.wo har dr krta hai bqi do take khajoor with milk and bananas as it put weight of baby don't take oily food.Do take fruits like apple
