I'm here as a testimony that by the grace of God you can and will recover from PCS. I swung my head harshly into a sharp edge of a table in 2012. I felt whiplash movement. The onset of my PCS came on about 5-6 days later... Like a delayed reaction. Every symptom you can think of, i had it. EVERY ONE. Full recovery was about 2 years more or less (it wasn't at its worst the whole entire time.) My remaining symptoms are eye floaters and light sensitivity... Otherwise I am NORMAL. One day at a time by the grace of God, call onto him and acknowledge him and be grateful... He will heal you ❤️🙏
Former NHL players in Canada are being given CBD for post concussion treatment, and for us common folks it will take more time for fair affordable and legal access, for more Doctors to legitimately prescribe CBD for post concussion and monitor dosing. CBD in Mexico, is considered a nutritional supplement. I do not support going on anti-depressants for post concussion, I feel the right dose of CBD is effective that can be taken along side Hemp seed oil as a neuroprotectant. I also have medical cannabis credentials in the Scientific research community.
I understand PCS can be diagnosed permanently 1 year out. Questions What PCS symptoms can be diagnosed permanently at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 6 months? I ask because I'm 6 months post-traumatic headache diagnosed early on. Had occipital nerve block and ablation. Now I have a different type of headache. Dti mri shows axonal injury and coup contrecoup. Are these considered permanent? 6 months, and I feel like I have a new concussion every day. Can I have a consultation? How much do you charge? My neurologist is saying 1 year we can assess, but I feel some of these symptoms are permanent at 6 months...
