Physician & researcher Katarina Lien of Oslo University Hospital on her latest research around PEM in ME/CFS patiens. Her research shows that the body and metabolism in a patient in a moderate state of illness responds to the strain of reading a book the same way a healthy persons body would respond to a real tough workout session. "So, what is a feasible level of workout during a day?" she asks.
