Suggested Lexicon:
Stage III, Mandibular Control: On, off, ma (mom), dah (dad), up, dah (down), ha/hi, bah/bye
Stage IV, Labial-Facial Control: Who (is it)?, me, oo/you
Stage V, Lingual Control: Take it off, put it on, you can go/I can go, show me
Stage VI, Sequenced Movements: Stick it on, it's up, it's down, it's my (insert family member name, pet)
Motor Goal and Feedback:
Stage III - "Let's go closed mouth to open mouth to closed mouth. Finish in ready position." "We need a small mouth (baby mouth). You opened too big."
Stage IV - "Remember to use your round lips." "Remember to bring those lips back."
Stage V - Anterior Lingual Contraction: "Use the front part of your tongue." Give cues based on the lingual movements needed for names of those in their family, their name, favorite toy or pet.
