small fin. bank offers 8 to 9.50 % interest so shy should not invest in small fin. bank than sbi or post office

Yes you have to open a saving account to get monthly interest.... But if you already have saving account in Post Office then you don't have to open new account... You can get monthly interest on that account

Usually nowadays we are said to open Saving ac of customers so that any TD payment or RD payment can be transfered to that ac.

U can open sb account in post office and mis int will be credited init. Thro post office cheque put in your bank self chq and encash it in bank account
