Before that my copy was (is) that very weird German 1970 re-issue they (decca) did in the early with a picture of Mick on stage ca. 1969. I don’t know if I said, but 2nd on my must have RSD list (haven’t gotten number 1 either, yet) was the Doors. They only got two copies however and when I found out what it cost («my» store charged less than most btw on everything) I just said to myself, «nope…» Beautiful Cascade Range! Wow… Man I wish I could get one of those Dogfish Head posters. They do not make it over here. Neither do their beers 😫 They brewed a Pearl Jam 20 beer way back in colaboration with the label. Thanks Morten! I was a bit taken aback by the price as well. But then thought about it and it is three LPs 20 bucks per record 🤔 I suppose is a fair deal along with the amazing packaging. Mix in a fair bit of FOMO as it is an exclusive and the last one I’ve seen in more than a few record stores. No buyers remorse from me on this one. 😅😁🎸 Speak of dogfish head I bought a six pack last night at the mega wine, booze and beer warehouse in a neighboring city. Called “slightly mighty” it’s a light, only 90 cal IPA 😂 I’ll share in the next Vid ✌️always good to here from you🍺
Glad you got that doors. I thought about getting it but I couldn’t justify the $66. Not that it’s terrible but I’m not a big enough fan to justify that. That packaging is incredible! Glad you got that tip. Thanks for the video!
I think it was 63 they’re at Jive time. But yeah, I hear what you’re saying if it wasn’t for that $40 cash tip I more than likely wouldn’t have picked it up. But now that I have it, I’m glad I did 👍😁 that it’s an exclusive. I’ve been a big fan since I was a kid. Amazing band sad Jim had to leave us so early. ✌️
Very cool. The Joe Strummer RSD was sold out at a lot of stores. It went quick.. Heard a lot of praise for the SRC Band that you passed over, from other reviewers. From the late 60's, I believe. Both stores looked great. Thanks.
Yes, if I had more money, I would’ve picked up that Joe Strummer RSD he was an interesting cat. Had his issues with the band and former band mates. But his solo stuff was pretty good. Yes, if you’re ever in Seattle, of course easy Street records is a iconic world famous record store but there’s a lot of other good ones in the city drive time. Is it cool little record store and they have another big chunk of their used vinyl across the street in the Fremont antique mall. Fremont neighborhood is fun to visit as well just walking around there. My favorite store in the city I’ve done some videos on just up the street from Time called DAYBREAK records. RJ does a Great job buying collections and pricing is used stock well. A good chunk of our vinyl collection is from that store. Just about every time I go in there there’s new stock in the used section. And the prices can’t be beat in all of the Seattle.

The day after RSD is often just as successful. I think with my taste it is usually in the leftovers😂 That RSD reissue of the Chills EP is fantastic. I have the original on Flying Nun. If you like that jangly weird NZ sound you'd dig it. I don't know anything about cars but the bands and cars bit was cool. Unfortunately we have an opposition government that is hellbent in deconstructing our Medicare safety net that gives everyone access to whatever healthcare that they need. On another note for some reason as I get older my favourite period of the Stones is the real early Brian Jones stuff. It's all good, but that's whats doing it for me now. Glad you got your Doors record, but I agree a lot of the RSD titles prices are very spendy. I like the channel and I liked the channel and I'm watching 😂Cheers...Ben

In our state, Washington, there was a fund for self-employed people who needed health insurance. Then that got rolled into Obamacare and then that got rolled into Medicare and now I’m not sure if I’m legally getting healthcare or not. 🤷🏻♂️ I figure I keep my mouth shut about how much money I make I’ll be fine. Going to the doctor tomorrow, so that should be interesting. Glad to see you’re warming up to the Brian Johnson stuff, the man is a national treasure in England, America, and Australia! @@RussShawTV I saw Surfbort play at a Gizzfest a few years back. They were really good, but then Amyl & The Sniffers followed and that was just absolute mayhem.
It’s still almost 50 bucks. Over 50 bucks with our 10% sales tax here. Last time I checked, the price was the same. Don’t get me wrong. I love Pearl Jam but again I remembered 92. I’m going to that protest concert for shitty corporations like Ticketmaster. And now Pearl Jam is selling one LP for 50 bucks?! I’m still a Pearl Jam fan,but not buying this album until the price doesn’t feel like I’m getting gouged.
