Smoothies are one of the easiest and best ways to ensure you have the day's most important meal.
The best thing about smoothies is they're totally adaptable. Follow my recipe here for my basic, best-ever peanut butter and banana smoothie, or watch the video above for even more variations on post-workout beverages.
[Ingredients]
1 1/2 cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
1 Frozen banana
1 tbsp PB
1 tsp Flaxseeds & Hempseeds
1 tsp Cacao nibs
(Optional)
1/8 tsp Pure vanilla extract
1/8 tsp Ground cinnamon, plus sliced banana for topping
[Directions]
Step 1 Put all the ingredients in a blender
Step 2 Pour it into a glass
Step 3 Enjoy
Nourish yourself with this protein-packed smoothie!
