Postcard from Earth: The Sphere in Las Vegas 

We went to see the 2023 film, Postcard from Earth, in the Sphere in Las Vegas.
Postcard from Earth is a 2023 film directed by Darren Aronofsky, starring Brandon Santana and Zaya Ribeiro. Created specifically to be screened at Sphere in the Las Vegas Valley on the venue's 160,000 square-foot video screen, the film was shot in an 18K resolution with the Big Sky camera system.
There is a long walkway from the Venetian Hotel and Casino that takes you directly to the Sphere. Before the film you can interact with several robotic androids in the main atrium and marvel at several creative light structures. At first, I was disappointed that our viewing would be limited to a large screen to our front but we soon discovered that the entire side of the Sphere was used to show the film. The storyline concerns how humans have used up the Earth and need to explore the universe for new habitat, only allowing for limited visits back to Earth.
