I just had the T-LIF done. Feels great so far after months of foraminal stenosis. I found this video super informative and will let me engage with my surgeon during our post-op follow up in a much more constructive way. Thank you for posting this.
@@barkingspider2973 After physical therapy I am actually much more flexible than I was when I 'thought' I was healthy - before the problems. I believe that the right physical therapist post-op is as important as the skill of the surgeon. In short I am doing great!
