Re: belly wraps: make sure whatever you wrap with provides support around the pelvis as well as the belly so that you don't create downward pressure on the already weakened pelvic floor muscles. I was just reading about this last night!
I’m not alone!!! I used a boba wrap after I had my baby and it felt way better than nothing. Totally recommend. And you can tighten or loosen like you want without having to worry about sizing like with actual abdominal binders.
The meal prepping for sure! My first baby I bought a chest freezer and filled it with a bunch of (bought) frozen meals. I only had myself to feed then though, as my partner was excited to be able to live on pasta for a while. This time round I had my son to feed too though so I made a bunch of freezer meals myself and it was much cheaper 🙌
They dont have flavor but, they are very filling when added to water or juice. I also reccomend adding them to smoothies and you wont even know they are in there. Another delicious way to enjoy chia seeds is to make chia pudding. Its sooo good and can be made the nigjt before and eaten for a snack throughout the day.
im not sure. the belly band I had during pregnancy probably wouldn't work because of the belly area being shaped rounded instead of flat. if you lmkow what I mean.
